Council, Resort Village of Sunset Cove

Welcome to the Resort Village of Sunset Cove. Our small picturesque resort was established in 1959 along the north shore of beautiful Last Mountain Lake, across from Regina Beach and Kinookimaw. Our resort includes 53 cottages and year-round homes, a newly resurfaced tennis/basketball/pickleball court, a children’s playground, a beach & boat launch, a scenic lookout and a public beach. We are located a scenic 60-kilometer drive northwest of Regina, Saskatchewan. Many of the original families that first established Sunset Cove are still residents, testifying to its appeal.
This is a year round resort village. Summer fun includes boating, water skiing, swimming, tennis, pickleball, cycling, fishing, sailing, berry-picking, and hiking. The winter also offers plenty of recreation with snowmobiling, skating, bonfires, photography, ice-fishing, cross country skiing and visiting with neighbours. Wildlife is very abundant throughout the year with whitetail and mule deer being daily visitors. The quiet and well manicured properties of Sunset Cove create a park-like setting, which appeal to our many visitors.
The Resort Village of Sunset Cove is unforgettable. Our residents are friendly and accommodating, the outdoor activities are endless and our sunsets are unbelievable. Come pay us a visit, but be warned… our beauty will linger in your memory forever.
