The resort village wishes to remind our residents to only utilize the services of septic haulers that have received their Letter of Approval from our resort. We need to ensure that all haulers who attend into Sunset Cove have a current certificate from the Water Security Agency and that they carry adequate insurance in case of a mishap.
Currently, Uhl’s Septic, Aquarius and NorthShore are the only three septic haulers permitted to conduct business within our resort. The fines for both the home owner and septic haulers for violating our bylaw are substantial. We kindly request that all residents only use septic haulers off of our approved list. Thank you.
